Commercial Building

A modern and a unique concept of commercial complex design in Bhaktapur. Commercial Design | Construction | Building Architecture This structure was designed to stand in the midst of Balkot, Bhaktapur in only 5 aana land. The building was built to be rented to tenants for official and residential (mixed usage) with convertible floor plan. We have proposed two different design for this commercial unit. Please leave your feedback on which design you like the most.   A building unit for a commercial purpose can be designed with multiple approaches. A commercial complex or plaza concept can be outstanding. However, for a building in a smaller land area in a residential zone, a simple design will fulfill the purpose. Things to note in a commercial building

A commercial unit in the midst of a residential area must be designed with usability in mind. A major challenge in designing a commercial building in a small land is to maintain circulation of both human and vehicles.
