The land has road in West side and is located in a peaceful residential area. This building is built in a bungalow design with an for allowing two car parking, and a decent space for a small family with enough bedrooms for guests and for family member as well. Building and owning a bungalow is a serious issue. This bungalow does not look much like a regular house. During construction we have slightly changed the outer design and color of this building.

Things to take care while building a bungalow

So, if you are planning to build a modern residence for your family, take care of some of the important features. These features will make your home comfortable.

1. Vaastu: Try to follow Vastu recommendations. Vaastu is a matter of belief. It gives positive vibes to the family.
2. Attached bathroom: Make 1 or 2 bed rooms with attached bathrooms. Make sure the attached bathrooms do not open directly into bed room. Create a foyer space in between bed room and bathroom which will help you in circulation.
3. Large size living room: Make your living room large sized. A large sized room will allow more light and air to circulate and will keep your home healthy and fresh.
4. Bathroom size: Do not forget to make large size bathroom. A congested bathroom definitely does not look good and comfortable.
